Queens Wharf may factor into City of Newcastle lord mayor race

Queens Wharf's stagnation will sway my vote in lord mayoral byelection

How can I vote for any of the three current Newcastle councillors for lord mayor in the upcoming election when now, five years after the fire that closed Queens Wharf, the building is still there, covered in graffiti with no plan on exactly what to replace it with (''Think big' on wharf', Newcastle Herald 21/3)?.
